Micrografx offers free technical support for CreataCard Special Edition for registered users in the United States and Canada. Call (972) 234-2694. Service is available Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 5p.m. (Central time). You may fax your questions to (972) 644-3688.

Follow these steps before calling for support:

  1. Check this chapter of the Canon Creative help and the CreataCard Special Edition online help. You may easily find that the answer to your question is already provided.

  2. Write down exactly what happened (including any on-screen messages that displayed) and what youÆve done to attempt to solve the problem.

  3. Be prepared to provide the technical information for your system ù operating system version, memory, monitor type, printer type, etc.

  4. If possible, be in front of your PC with the power on when you call. If you have a printing problem, you may also want to have your printerÆs manual available.
